docs: replace Mermaid diagrams with PNG images for GitLab compatibility
...
GitLab 11 does not support Mermaid rendering. Exported 4 diagrams
(architecture, auth flow, config flow, energy mapping) as PNG images
and updated PRD.md to reference them.
